We are a private, members only Country Club nestled deep in the Redwoods of Northern California.
We currently offer the following options for becoming a member:
-Designated Individual is 24 years of age or older and has full use of all club facilities.
-New Member initiation fee: $500.00
-Acquisition of six shares of Baywood stock is required within one year of Board approval of membership
application. The office will provide a list of stock for sale.
-Dues: $270.00 per month
-Minimum charge: $150 per quarter. Food and beverage expenditures excludes tax and gratuity.
-Applications to be approved by the Board of Directors.
Privileges of the Individual Golf Membership include:
18 Hole Premiere Golf Course for Individual
Access to Driving Range & Practice Facilities for Individual
Access to Golf Shop & Locker Rooms for Individual
Access to the Swimming Pool & Snack Shack for Individual
Casual & Upscale Dining for Individual
(Individual’s family will be considered club guests once per
month, with applicable guest fees, only when accompanied by
the Individual)
The Member, spouse or significant other is 24 years of age or older old and all unmarried children living at
home, 24 years of age or younger, shall have full use of all club facilities.

– Spouse or significant other and all unmarried children living at home, 24 years of age or younger, shall have
full use of all club facilities including many additional privileges.
– New Member Initiation Fee: $500.00

– Dues: $440 per month
▪ Transfer fee from any other Membership classification to Gold Golf Membership: the
amount difference between the original initiation fee paid for your previous Membership
and the current initiation fee of a Gold Golf member is due upon submittal of transfer
application.
– Minimum charge: $150 per quarter. Food and beverage expenditures excludes tax and gratuity.
– Applications to be approved by the Board of Directors.

The Member, spouse or significant other is 21 years of age or older old and all unmarried children living at
home, 24 years of age or younger, shall have full use of all club facilities except the golf course.
– New Member Initiation Fee: $250.00
– Acquisition of six shares of Baywood stock is required within one year of Board approval of membership
application. The office will provide a list of stock for sale.
– Dues: $145 per month
– Minimum charge: $150 per quarter. Food and beverage expenditures only excludes tax and gratuity.
– Social member and spouse or significant other and all unmarried children living at home, 24 years of age or
younger, may play the golf course at no charge once a month. This complimentary round is not per-person.

– Dues: $120 per month
– No quarterly food & beverage minimum
– Dues include two free rounds of golf for each membership per month
– Additional rounds $50 per person after two complimentary rounds per month
– Transfer from a Non-Resident Golf membership to a Golf or Social membership: Member must
pay the current initiation fee for the requested membership and purchase at least six shares of
Baywood stock within one year, if not already done so from a prior Golf or Social membership.

– Must consist of a minimum of (3) members.
– One-time initiation fee: $1,000.00
• This entitles the corporation to designate employees as Secondary Members to join with zero
initiation fees.
• Corporate Secondary Members may choose from the following Membership classifications, paying
the dues applicable to the category chosen: Gold Golf, Family Golf, Individual Golf, or Social
– Dues structure:
• Individual Golf Membership $220 per month
• Family Golf Membership $270 per month
• Gold Golf Membership $440 per month
• Social Membership $120 per month
– Minimum charge: $150 per quarter for each secondary member. Food and beverage expenditures excludes
tax and gratuity.
– Acquisition of six shares of Baywood stock is required within one year of Board approval of membership
application. The office will provide a list of stock for sale. The business will own the stock.
– Annual verification of employment for each member is required (defined as W-2 or 1099 issued by
business). Members no longer employed by the business may convert their membership with the payment
of the then current initiation fee plus a monthly due’s adjustment and the purchase of six shares of stock.

As a member with Baywood, you have access to excellent facilities and amenities! These include, but are not limited to, our all-grass driving range, practice greens and a fleet of 50 2-rider golf carts. While we offer these amenities for a small daily fee, Baywood also provides membership passes for those golfers who love to ride every round or are diligent about pre-round practice!
For our members who love the driving range and use it before every round, we offer our Unlimited Range Club Program! This year-long membership includes unlimited range balls and unlimited access to our driving range. The teirs for our Unlimited Range Club Program are as follows:
*Dues for the Unlimited Range Club Program are billed every month with monthly membership dues. Applications can be picked up in the Pro Shop or Front Office.
If you are a member who prefers to drive the course every round, the Unlimited Cart Program is for you! With this membership, you would have unlimited access to our fleet of carts for any tee time! The tiers for the Unlimited Cart Program are as follows:
*Dues for the Unlimited Cart Program are billed every month with monthly membership dues. Applications can be picked up in the Pro Shop or Front Office.
*Application for membership does not guarantee admission to Baywood. All memberships must be approved by the Baywood Board of Directors. Fees and charges are subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
